Video Gaming Terminal License Required
Any establishment wishing to operate video gaming terminals must first acquire a video gaming terminal license from the City of Peoria.
Fees
Fees are assessed to both the Establishment and the Video Gaming Operator. All applicable fees must be paid in full before a Video Gaming Terminal License will be issued.

Application Requirements
To be eligible for a Video Gaming Terminal License in the City of Peoria, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Hold a valid liquor license issued by the City of Peoria.
New establishments in the City of Peoria must have been in operation and remitted all required municipal taxes for at least six (6) months prior to applying.
All terminal license fees for both the establishment and the video gaming operator must be paid in full before a license is issued.
Submit a copy of the State-issued Video Gaming License.
Ensure all outstanding fines, fees, and additional license fees related to the establishment are paid and current.
A maximum of six (6) video gaming terminals is permitted per establishment.
Renewal Required
- License renewal is required on February 28th of each year.
- A copy of the State Issued Video Gaming License should be submitted with the renewal application.
