Retail Gasoline Dealers

License Required

All businesses operating a retail gasoline station within the City of Peoria must obtain a Retail Gasoline License.

License Term

Retail Gasoline Licenses are valid for one (1) year and expire on March 31 of each year. Licenses must be renewed annually. Fees are not prorated.  

License Application Requirements
Applicants must submit the following:

  1. A completed Retail Gasoline License Application
  2. Payment of the $25.00 application fee.
  3. For renewals, must be in good standing with the City of Peroia for all Motor Fuel Municipal Tax and any other applicable taxes and fees.
