Call JULIE Before You Dig
Before starting any project that requires any depth of excavation in Peoria, call JULIE to have your underground utility lines marked at no cost. To avoid personal injury and damage to both utilities and property, Illinois law requires anyone planning to start a digging project to call the Joint Utility Locating Information for Excavators. The free service will take the information on the project and distribute it to the various organizations responsible for each utility. JULIE can also provide homeowners with information about utility location markings on their property.
