Credits Toward Your Bill

How can you earn credits toward your bill? Find out in the credit and grant manual (PDF).

Lower Your Payment

Nobody likes new fees, but the cost of ignoring our wet weather issues will be much higher and far less equitable or predictable. Here’s some good news: If you take action to manage runoff on your property, you can apply for credits or incentives that may help reduce your stormwater utility bill.

View the Credits and Grants page to learn more.

To help us accurately calculate your bill if you feel that your bill has been incorrectly calculated or if there is an error with the impervious surface map, please submit an appeal.

Stormwater Utility Questions?

See Your Impervious Area

Impervious surfaces like rooftops, sidewalks, walkways, patios, driveways, parking lots, sheds, and more don’t allow stormwater to do what it normally does - soak into the ground. Your stormwater utility fee is based on the amount of impervious surface area on your property.

View the Impervious Area Map page.
