The Commercial Renovation Grant Program replaces the former Façade and Commercial Rehabilitation Grant Program. Program guidelines are available below. The current application funding window opens on April 17. The spring application window for this program closes on May 31 at 4 p.m.
The program is a grant designed to assist small businesses throughout the City, providing business owners the opportunity to reinvest in their businesses and/or properties. This grant funds between $5,000 and $25,000 for interior or exterior permanent site improvements.
