Beginning at 3 p.m. and lasting until 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, rolling lane restrictions will go into effect on several City streets for the La Caravana vehicle parade sponsored by Maria Miranda.
Drivers should exercise caution along the route. The use of alternative routes is advised.
Parade Route
• The parade will begin at the Peoria RiverPlex – Recreation and Wellness Center and travel north on Irving Street. From Irving Street, the parade will travel east on Bond Street and then north on Wayne Street.
• From Wayne Street, the parade will travel east on N.E. Perry Avenue. The parade will head south on Evans Street, then west on N.E. Monroe Street, and finally north on Morgan Street to end at Morton Square Park.
