Beginning at 7 am on Monday, Sept. 16, traffic patterns will shift on W Pioneer Parkway between N Harker Drive and N Sommer Street. The shift is necessary for work as part of the Pioneer Parkway and University Street Intersection Reconstruction Project.
Eastbound traffic on W Pioneer Parkway will shift north into the new reconstructed lanes. Westbound traffic on W Pioneer Parkway will remain in the same lanes. W Pioneer Parkway will remain one lane in each direction.
Northbound and southbound traffic on N University Street will remain in the same lanes.
Drivers should be mindful of this traffic pattern shift and use an overabundance of caution in the area.
