(PEORIA, IL) Thursday, September 19, 2024, at approximately 10:40 p.m. members of the Peoria Police Department’s Special Investigations Division (SID), and SWAT executed a search warrant on a residence in the 100 block of N. Village Green Court for the illegal possession of a firearm.
As
officers entered the residence, they made contact with two males identified as 30-year-old Tony C. Mack and 33-year-old Orlando J. Mack.
During a search of the residence officers located a handgun with an extended magazine.
Tony Mack was arrested for Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, and No FOID Card.
Orlando Mack was arrested for Possession of a Firearm without a Valid FOID Card.
Both subjects were transported to the Peoria County Jail.
