(PEORIA, IL) Thursday, September 19, 2024, at approximately 11:27 p.m. Peoria Police were dispatched to the area of Garden Street and Madison Park Terrace on a report of a person stabbed.
When officers arrived, they located an adult male (44 years old) in the 2100 block of W. Garden Street with an apparent stab wound.
The
victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Members of the Peoria Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, (CID), Crime Scene Unit (CSU), and Patrol Unit responded to the scene and initiated an investigation.
There is currently no suspect information. This incident is under investigation.
