Beginning at 7 am on Tuesday, Oct. 1, traffic patterns will shift on W Reservoir Boulevard near N Millbrook Road and N Rockwood Road. The shift is necessary for work as part of the Reservoir Pedestrian Safety Project. This project will add an upgraded pedestrian crossing.
Eastbound and westbound traffic lanes will be narrowed to allow curb work completion in stage 1. Stage 2 will include the installation of a pedestrian refuge island. The project is estimated to last six weeks, weather permitting.
Drivers should be mindful of this traffic pattern shift and the narrowed lanes. Drivers should use an overabundance of caution in the area.
