Beginning at 7 am on Monday, Oct. 7, Liberty Street will be closed to all traffic between SW Adams Street and SW Jefferson Avenue. The closure is necessary for pavement removal work and storm sewer installation as part of the Adams Street and Jefferson Avenue OWTW Conversion Project.
The closure is expected to last six weeks, weather permitting. Jefferson Avenue and Adams Street traffic should utilize Harrison Street as a detour route.
Drivers should exercise caution in the area and be mindful of this closure.
