Beginning at 7 am on Monday, Oct. 28, N Park Road will be closed at W Nebraska Avenue. The closure is necessary for pavement reconstruction as part of the Nebraska Avenue Reconstruction Project and is expected to last two weeks, weather permitting.
Access to Newman Golf Course will be maintained from eastbound W Nebraska Avenue. Drivers also will be able to travel south on N Park Road from eastbound W Nebraska Avenue.
As a reminder, drivers should utilize the marked detour route for the Nebraska Avenue Reconstruction Project.
Detour Route
• Eastbound and westbound through traffic on Nebraska Avenue should utilize W Forrest Hill Avenue from N Sterling Avenue or N University Street.
