Beginning at 8:30 am on Thursday, Feb. 27, intermittent closures of the southbound drive lane of N Sheridan Road between N Kenwick Lane and the Sheridan Road entrance to Sheridan Village will go into effect. The closure is necessary for traffic signal work and is scheduled to last one week, weather permitting.
Along with the closure of the southbound drive lane of N Sheridan Road, the southbound turn lane into Sheridan Village will also be closed.
Northbound N Sheridan Road traffic will still be permitted to turn into Sheridan Village. Traffic exiting Sheridan Village will be permitted to turn onto northbound and southbound N Sheridan Road.
Drivers should be mindful of workers in the area and use an overabundance of caution in the area.
