(PEORIA, IL) Friday, March 14, 2025, at approximately 9:25 a.m. Peoria Police were dispatched to the intersection of Forrest Hill and N. Knoxville regarding a two-vehicle accident.
When emergency crews arrived, they located both vehicles with significant damage.
The adult male driver of vehicle one sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The adult male driver of vehicle two sustained minor injuries.
Police shutdown both northbound and southbound lanes between Forrest Hill and W. Memorial Drive until police cleared the scene.
This incident remains under investigation.
