Beginning at 7 am on Monday, July 14, the traffic patterns on W Moss Avenue between N Institute Place to N Western Avenue will change.
Westbound traffic will shift to the new pavement to allow construction to begin on the north side of W Moss Avenue from N Institute Place to N Western Avenue. W Moss Avenue will continue to be only for westbound, one-way traffic.
Drivers should utilize all marked detour routes. Drivers should exercise caution in the area and be mindful of the closure. The use of alternative routes is advised.
Detour Route
• Eastbound and westbound through traffic on W Moss Avenue should utilize W Martin Luther King Jr. Drive or W Bradley Avenue from N Western Avenue or N University Street. Northbound traffic on N MacArthur Highway should utilize N Richard Allen Drive to W Romeo B Garrett Avenue to access westbound W Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
