(PEORIA, IL) Thursday, April 19, 2023, at approximately 11:23 p.m. Peoria Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of W. Wiswall regarding trouble with an adult male.
When officers arrived, they learned the suspect, identified as 25-year-old Dylan B. Starr had left the scene.
Officers later located Starr at a residence in the 1800 block of Laramie. Starr was taken into custody without incident.
During a search of the residence officers located a handgun.
Starr was subsequently arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Possession of a Firearm without a Valid FOID Card, Harassment by Telephone and Harassment Through Electronic Communications Threatening Injury.
Starr was transported to the Peoria County Jail.
