(PEORIA, IL) Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at approximately 4:00 p.m. members of the Peoria Police Department’s Special Investigations Division (SID) executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2100 block of N. Drury Lane.
During a search of the residence officers located and seized illegal drugs, drug packaging, drug equipment, and a large amount of currency.
The
suspect identified as 45-year-old Esequiel Vega was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.
Vega was transported to the Peoria County Jail.
