(PEORIA, IL) Sunday, March 10, 2024, at approximately 5:28 a.m. Peoria Police responded to a Shot Spotter alert of 2 rounds fired in the 2100 block of W. Wiswall.
While officers were en route, they received a call regarding a male shot inside a vehicle in the 2800 block of W. Ann Street.
When
officers arrived, they located an adult male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Currently, there is no suspect information. This incident is under investigation.
