Beginning at 7 am on Monday, Dec. 9, traffic patterns will shift on W Pioneer Parkway between N Harker Drive and N Sommer Street. The shift will occur throughout the day and is necessary for work as part of the Pioneer Parkway and University Street Intersection Reconstruction Project.
Eastbound and westbound traffic on W Pioneer Parkway will shift into the newly reconstructed lanes. W Pioneer Parkway will remain one lane in each direction through the winter months.
Northbound and southbound traffic on N University Street will remain in the same lanes.
Drivers should be mindful of this traffic pattern shift and use an overabundance of caution in the area.
