(PEORIA, IL) On Sunday, June 15, 2025, at approximately 11:54 p.m., Peoria Police responded to Molleck and Forest Hill on a report of an Armed Robbery.
When officers arrived, they located an adult male victim, who told police he went to the 3400 block of W. Fallen Oak to purchase a vehicle from an adult female. The female subject approached the victim, produced a handgun, and took an undisclosed amount from the victim. The suspect then left the scene on foot. The victim was not injured.
On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, Peoria Detectives identified 19-year-old Erianah D. King as a suspect in this case.
At approximately 2:00 p.m., Peoria Detectives apprehended King in the 3400 block of W. Oakcrest and took her into custody without incident.
During the course of this investigation, officers conducted a search of King’s residence in the 3400 block of W. Fallen Oak, where they located a handgun with an extended magazine inside.
King was transported to the Peoria Police Department for interviewing purposes and subsequently arrested for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, No FOID, Possession of a Weapon Under 21, and Aggravated Assault (2 counts).
King was transported to the Peoria County Jail.
