Following nearly 6 inches of snowfall across the City on Saturday, Public Works crews are in full cleanup mode, with a focus on neighborhood streets today. Crews began clearing residential routes overnight and will continue these efforts throughout the day.
The City’s primary arterial streets are in good driving condition, though patchy snow cover remains in some areas. Residential streets are still snow-covered and may be difficult to navigate. Overall road conditions are expected to steadily improve throughout the day. Motorists are urged to use caution, especially on residential roads, and to allow extra stopping distance when entering and exiting neighborhoods.
As crews work to clear neighborhood streets, residents should continue to utilize off-street parking options, if possible. Residential streets that are free and clear of parked vehicles are cleared more efficiently and effectively.
