(PEORIA, IL) Saturday, April 22, 2023, at approximately 4:29 a.m. Peoria Police observed a vehicle driving recklessly at the intersection of Washington and Walnut.
Officers followed, and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at Adams and South.
During a search of the driver identified as 23-year-old Kyle A. Patrick officers located a handgun on his person.
During a search of the vehicle officers located an additional handgun and drug paraphernalia.
Patrick was subsequently arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Reckless driving, Disobeying a Traffic Control Signal
(6 counts) and Disobeying a Stop Sign (2 counts).
Patrick was transported to the Peoria County Jail.
