(PEORIA, IL) Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at approximately 8:46 p.m. Peoria Police responded to the 1600 block of W. Northmoor on a report of a large fight involving juveniles inside the Heart of Illinois Fair.
Officers quickly dispersed the crowd and ejected several juveniles. No one was injured.
A
short time later the crowd formed again and began fighting on the south end of the fair.
Officers deployed several pepper balls and eventually dispersed the crowd.
Four juveniles were arrested for Mob Action, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct. They were later released into the custody of their parents.
