(PEORIA, IL) Monday, April 8, 2024, at approximately 12:36 p.m. Peoria Police responded to a business in the 500 block of Spring Street regarding an Armed Robbery.
When officers arrived, they made contact with a business employee who told police a male subject entered the store and displayed a handgun. The suspect then took money from a customer and fled the scene on foot. No one was injured.
Officers conducted a search of the area for the suspect with negative results.
This incident is under investigation. There is currently no suspect information.
