(PEORIA, IL) Friday, May 31, 2024, at approximately 1:14 a.m. Peoria Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Kersee Street regarding a fight between an adult female and adult male. Police were also informed that the female was armed with a firearm.
When officers arrived at the above location, they observed the female, identified as 24-year-old Tonayasia L. Seiber, armed with an AR-style pistol. Officers also located a
second handgun near Seiber. Both weapons were loaded.
Seiber was taken into custody without incident and subsequently arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
The male, identified as 29-year-old Orlandrius M. Mahaney, was also taken into custody and arrested for two prior incidents. Mahaney was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Fleeing and Eluding.
Both subjects were transported to the Peoria County Jail.
