Occupation: Andy Hendrix, a program manager in Caterpillar Inc.’s Earthmoving Division, is responsible for a series of supply chain projects. He develops strategies, from planning to implementation, to improve the availability and flow of manufacturing parts from suppliers to Caterpillar plants and on to Caterpillar customers throughout the world.
Community Involvement: Mr. Hendrix is basileus, or president, of the Peoria graduate chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. and a mentor for students at North Carolina A&T University. He is a former volunteer for the Big Brother/Big Sister Program.
Education: Bachelor of science, mechanical engineering, North Carolina A&T University
