The City of Peoria Land Bank is looking for proposals from qualified individuals, neighborhood associations, nonprofits, or development firms to rehabilitate city-owned properties. All properties are sold as-is.
Proposals must be sent to the Purchasing Division at City Hall, 419 Fulton Street, Room 108, Peoria, IL.

If you are interested in viewing a property owned by the Land Bank, email the Land Bank Manager or call the Development Center at 309-494-8600 to schedule a showing.

Proposals must be received no later than 2 PM on October 17, 2025. Any proposal submitted after that date will not be considered.
