Using Peoria Cares powered by SeeClickFix, you can submit concerns to Peoria and receive status updates on their progress. Submit requests on this webpage, or download the SeeClickFix app and submit requests on the go. Thank you for making Peoria a safer and more beautiful place!

Peoria Cares is an easy-to-use system that allows you to submit concerns for suspected violations in the CIty.

There are THREE ways to submit your concerns:
- By Phone | Call 309-494-2273 from Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- With the Peoria Cares App |Available For Apple and Android
- Or By Using the Website Map (below) | You can create an account or sign in as a guest
Community members who report issues by web or app can receive an automated response letting them know that their issue has been received. Once an issue has been assigned, another email will be sent to provide a status update. Please note: not all issues will be able to be immediately fixed. Issues will be completed based on priority level and budget status. We welcome feedback and will be monitoring the application regularly in an effort to continuously improve its effectiveness.
How Do I Use PeoriaCares on Desktop or the App??
Desktop:
Select a Category
Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the exact address
Click confirm location
Add photo if available, or click no photo
Enter a description and answer the related questions
Click confirm details
Once a request has been submitted, the user will receive email communication acknowledging their service request. Users may follow the progress of their service request online. Once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, the user will be notified by email.
Mobile:
The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone devices. To download the app onto your mobile device, click one of the links above, or visit the AppStore on your device.
Once downloaded, users can create an account or submit a request as a guest. The mobile app includes an option to snap and submit a photo of the issue with your device. The app also has the ability to use your location data to geo-locate the location of the issue/concern
To view current open cases, click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the module and select "explore map". You can view open cases on the map (by selecting map) or as a list (by selecting list).
