Flexible Rental Assistance Program

The City of Peoria is looking for landlords and property managers interested in partnering with us to provide housing for one (1) year for program participants. 

If selected, the City of Peoria will provide: 

  • A landlord sign on bonus equal to one month's rent;
  • Security deposit
  • First month's rent;
  • Last month's rent;
  • Ongoing case management for landlord-renter relations

Eligible landlords or property managers will need to comply with eligibility requirements including, but not limited to, fair market rent and inspections by City staff.
