Responsibilities

The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is responsible for coordinating the City's bidding process, purchasing City supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory, City auctions, in-house printing and duplication, outgoing City mail, disposal of fixed assets, and vehicle registration.
