The Emergency Repair Program helps income-qualified homeowners replace broken water heaters and furnaces.
Program Requirements
- Must be at or below the income limit for the household size
- Must have current homeowners’ insurance
- Must be current on property taxes
- Cannot have any outstanding code violations in the yard or driveway
- Cannot owe the City any money
- Must have owned home for at least a year
- Must be current on mortgage or have no mortgage on the property
