Pink Floral

Artist Statement

Nature has always been my greatest inspiration, especially flowers. Growing up, I watched my mother spend hours tending to her garden, nurturing each plant with care. I was captivated by the way they transformed with the seasons— from delicate buds in spring to full, vibrant blooms in summer. This early connection to nature shaped me, and I often found myself drawing and painting the flowers that surrounded me.

This series is a tribute to those formative moments, a reflection of the flora that left such a lasting impression on my life. I wanted to capture the organic beauty of flowers with expressive, free-flowing brushstrokes, allowing the movement of the paint to echo the natural rhythms of growth and change. These paintings are more than just depictions of nature; they are a feeling—one that brings me back to the warmth and familiarity of home.
